Person-aware canonical resolver — closing the gap between the proven scripts and the shell-reachable capability

record-db-resolver (the capability the shell/Pack Runner/Didi Chat can actually call) only knows organizations. Every person + affiliation + observation ever written to SurrealDB Cloud went through standalone CLI scripts instead — proven, but unreachable from any UI. This plan extends the resolver service to do what the scripts already do, so the FreedomFest 2026 speaker/sponsor/exhibitor CSVs (and every event after it) can be processed from inside augment-it instead of by hand.
