Structural refactors surfaced by the codebase graph — the deadweight, the boilerplate, and the CSS convergence problem

A zero-token graphify build over 490 source files found ~500 lines that delete cleanly and 11 mount.ts files differing by one line each. It also killed the assumption that the frontend is full of duplicate CSS — it isn't, and that's the harder finding.
