This pickup points at that spec, summarizes the uncommitted-but-working state from the 2026-05-22 session (Save/Apply on Prompt Templates, autosave on response edits, helpful_links on rows, runner observability/cancel, response triage state ergonomics, the needs-human flag, blank-row cleanup), and queues the concrete first build step: the record_uuid plumbing + backfill.
