Augment from DB — the org-first workbench flow, and the two new microfrontends it needs

A new flow that starts from SurrealDB instead of a CSV: pick Organizations, smart-search to one org, see its identity links / socials / pulse streams, reveal its affiliated people, and augment any of it through pluggable search packs (SearXNG default, Firecrawl option, Exa planned) with a one-click add-to-corpus results surface — plus a pulse-stream scanner for LinkedIn walls, Facebook walls, and blogs.
